SKLifeCoachUK was launched by me, Steven Kirby in 2018.

As a certified Life Coach, CBT Coach, and Mental Health Advocate, I’ve made it my life’s mission to transform workplace mental health.

For twenty years I worked in the construction industry.

Following a life-changing accident that occurred at my work place, I discovered first hand how mental health impacts not just individuals, but entire organizations and families.

Today, I help organizations across the UK build resilient, high-performing teams through mental health awareness and practical wellbeing strategies that has helped me and other people not just get over their struggles but get to the peak of their productivity and enjoy better relationships with friends and family.
