In 2018, after surviving a life-changing accident on a construction site in 2011, I made it my mission to transform how organisations approach safety, wellbeing and mental health.
For two decades, I worked in construction – a world where resilience was expected but rarely supported.
My accident shattered more than bones. It shook my identity, tested my mental health and revealed how deeply workplace trauma affects not just individuals, but entire teams, families and workplace cultures.
Today, I speak across the UK and Europe as a safety and mental health impact speaker, blending honest personal experience with practical strategies that people can take back into their everyday lives.
My coaching is rooted in real recovery, not theory. As an experienced Life Coach, well being coach, personal development coach and wellbeing consultant, I help individuals and organisations build resilience, improve confidence and create healthier habits that last.
